ABOUT ME

Since I was a child, I have been drawn to the beauty of nature and the incredible diversity of wildlife. What began as a sense of wonder has grown into two lifelong passions that continue to shape who I am today. Those passions are photography and fish keeping.

With a camera in hand, I try to capture the essence of the natural world. Every photo I take is a tribute to the wild moments that surround us and a reminder of how important it is to protect and appreciate them. Whether it is a bird soaring overhead, a hidden creature in the woods, or the subtle textures of a quiet stream, my goal is to highlight the beauty, balance, and peace found in nature.

Alongside photography, I have devoted myself to the care, breeding, and study of tropical fish, especially killifish and bettas. I specialize in natural planted aquariums and live foods that support healthy and thriving fish. I am also licensed by the state of Florida to responsibly collect wild fish. This gives me the opportunity to observe and share unique native species with others. I believe strongly in ethical fish keeping and enjoy sharing what I have learned with those who want to create sustainable and enriching environments for their aquatic life.

While these hobbies are a big part of who I am, I also work full time in the human services field. I hold a degree in human services and have committed my career to supporting individuals and families. Working closely with people each day has deepened my appreciation for connection, not only with each other but also with the world we live in.

These paths in photography, fish keeping, and human service may appear different, but they all come from the same place. They are all rooted in a deep respect for life in all its forms. I am truly grateful to share these passions with you.

To all the fellow hobbyists, nature lovers, photography enthusiasts, and customers who continue to support me and my small fishroom business, thank you. Your encouragement helps me continue doing what I love and inspires me to keep growing every step of the way.
