For my first purchase, I am exceedingly satisfied with my betta and my plants. I was scrolling on tiktok and came across LOMWILD live and #71 caught my eye. After some research and interaction in the TikTok live, I found the website to be legit and the bettas to be quite lively and looking very healthy. I placed my order over a weekend knowing that FedEx would not process until the following Monday, and was given confirmation Monday morning with a delivery date of Tuesday. Where I live, we were getting a few inches of snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. FedEx was delayed and I did not receive my package until Wednesday afternoon. Anxiously waiting for the arrival, I immediately opened the box containing the betta and the plants and was relieved to find the betta was alive, cold but alive (the box was well insulated and had 2 heat packs but the weather was in the single digits that day). The plants were vibrant and healthy. We are now a week into having him settled in his tank and he is thriving! That alone proves that these fish are well bred and hardy to withstand temperatures changes and a long transport. Very happy and anxiously awaiting my next shipment of fish. Highly recommend. Thank you, Luis, for send me my beautiful 3 females bettas. They make it just fine, the water still good temperature. They aren’t stressed out they seem curious when I pick the individual little bag where they came in. After 30 minutes I put them in their forever home. They are swimming, exploring their home & decorations. I highly recommend your store, fast delivery, safe for the fish, easy to buy on your website.
