LOMWILD Return and DOA Policy

Live Fish and Aquatic Plants

Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of live animals and plants, no returns are accepted once an order has been shipped and delivered. This policy helps prevent cross-contamination, stress, and potential disease transmission between aquatic environments. Once live fish or plants leave our care, they are exposed to variables beyond our control such as temperature, handling, and water parameters.

At LOMWILD, every fish and plant is carefully inspected, healthy, and properly packed for a safe journey to its new home. While returns are not accepted, I stand behind every product and will always work with you to find the best possible resolution if any issues arise.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

In the rare event that any fish or plant arrives deceased, please follow these steps so I can assist you promptly:

  1. Take clear photos or a short video of the deceased animal or plant in the unopened bag.

  2. Submit the photos or video within 2 hours of the stamped delivery time shown by the carrier.

  3. Send the documentation along with your order number through the contact form at lomwild.com. CONTACT LOMWILD

Once verified, a replacement or credit will be offered at my discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that delays due to carrier error, extreme weather, or failure to be available for delivery are not covered.

Custom Merchandise

For all printed merchandise (shirts, mugs, totes, art prints, etc.), returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. These items are produced and fulfilled through third-party affiliates (such as Printful and similar providers), so any replacements or refunds will be coordinated in accordance with their individual return policies.
