These are the real deal! I offer both wild-caught and tank-raised Mosquitofish (Gambusia affinis / holbrooki), collected responsibly or bred and raised right here in my own natural, planted aquariums. Whether they come from the wild or have been born in my care, every fish is healthy, active, and ready to thrive in your pond, tub, or aquarium setup.
Gambusia are well-known for their ability to control mosquito populations by feeding on larvae before they even have a chance to become a nuisance. These small, tough livebearers are incredibly easy to care for and adapt well to a wide range of water conditions. In fact, they’re often used in outdoor water features, rain barrels, and livestock troughs.
